Ana de la Reguera and Ana Gasteyer Bio

Ana Kristina Gasteyer, an American actor and comedian from the United States. Her most recognizable performance was when she was a part of the NBC sketch comedy series Saturday Night Live, from the year 1996 to 2002. She's since starred as one of the cast members on ABC Suburgatory TBS People of Earth NBC American Auto or the film Mean Girls. Gasteyer began her acting career at Northwestern University. She initially trained in voice, but then switched to acting when she became involved with an improv comedy troupe on campus. She has carried this spirit in her various supporting roles such as the extremely controllable Sheila Shay (agent), on Lady Dynamite, and the eccentric Karen Grisham. All of this has led up to American Auto, the NBC comedy that gives Ana Gasteyer her long-awaited starring character. Anabell Gardoqui de la Reguera is a Mexican actress. She has starred as a telenovela star in the HBO TV show Eastbound & Down, Capadocia on Amazon TV, as well as the comedy Nacho Libre (2006). Reguera was a native of Veracruz. Nena Dela Reguera, her mother. She was Miss Veracruz, a journalist as well as a TV host. Reguera started her studies in classical ballet.
